Clinical Risk Management System (CRMS) – A set of policies, methods and techniques developed by an organisation to specify how clinical risk will be managed in either the manufacture or implementation of a health IT system. The definition and documentation of a CRMS is a requirement of DCB 0129 and DCB 0160.
